Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated APRN to join our Primary Care team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a primary care setting.
Responsibilities:
You will provide primary care at Assisted living facilities in the Palm Coast and St Augustine areas.
Requirements:
- Valid APRN license in the state of FL
- Experience in primary care, acute care, or related healthcare settings
- Must have at least 2 years in primary experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
